Rising issues in service quality triggered a process of organizational re-design in Hoerbiger´s internationally operating Corporate IT. theLivingCore was asked to develop a concept for a future-oriented work environment together with a transformation of its organizational culture into an innovation hub.

Based on an in-depth analysis of core competencies and future challenges it turned out that architectural changes could not be made without a close interlocking of the organizational and innovation domains. theLivingCore developed an elaborated concept integrating the strategy, organizational processes and structures with an architectural design. A rich variety of dedicated office spaces and their integration in core business processes turned out to be essential for increasing service quality and customer satisfaction. The Corporate IT is positioned as a lighthouse for new technologies in the Hoerbiger holding.
