Stefan translates the organization’s core business- and innovation processes into concrete architecture and design. Having completed several large-scale office design projects (e.g., Google offices in Zurich and Moscow, Credit Suisse, etc.), Stefan’s office has immense knowledge and experience in realizing a future-oriented office architecture.

Peter Stephan

Peter is one of the most distinguished experts on (cognitive) design, the next generation of design thinking. Through his profound knowledge (both theoretical and practical), he offers new perspectives and brings our projects to live.

Stefan Kainbacher
Interaction Designer | Beauty Parlour | Vienna, Austria

Stefan combines fruitfully design, technology, media art, and user-experience. Heading his interaction-design collective Beauty Parlour, his mantra-like focus on usability and interaction of humans with artifacts (in our case, design and architecture) makes him so valuable for the design of working environments.

Michael Fleischmann
Illustrator | Vienna

Michael is the person in our team who is responsible for translating conceptual results into emotional and touching illustrations. He comes up with tangible narratives which enable the understanding of complex organizational issues.

Stefan Blachfellner
Entrepreneur & Global Knowledge Nomad | change the game | Salzburg

Stefan is founder of the international Change the Game Initiative, a network of notable individuals united by their interest in innovation, ethics and leadership. He has vast experience in designing social systems (communities, organizations) and is leading large group interventions with our clients.

Ursula Seethaler

Ursula is an expert when it comes to qualitative, sociological and ethnographic research. She is heading our team for the conceptualization of our empirical research designs as well as their analysis, reporting, and illustration.
