From blind spots to innovation potentials. How BURDA reconnected with their users.

Together with Zuzanna Potocka, Business Change Manager at BURDA Poland, Carina Trapl held a workshop at the Costumer Experience Form 2017. They guided the audience through BURDA’s innovation journey, which included radically questioning their long-established beliefs about “how the media business works”.
