Responsible use of artificial intelligence (AI) at theLivingCore – AI policy

1. Data protection and confidentiality
We ensure that all AI applications comply with applicable data protection regulations (in partic-ular the GDPR). Confidential information about customers and customer projects is never entered into or processed by AI applications. Likewise, no information is made available that could contribute to the further use or training of AI models (e.g., in publicly accessible AI services).

2. Human control and quality assurance
We use AI-supported systems exclusively to support human expertise. Content, analyses, or suggestions generated by AI are only adopted after careful review by qualified experts. This review covers aspects such as accuracy, contextual appropriateness, ethical implications, and factual accuracy.

3. Transparency and non-discrimination
We disclose whether and how AI is used in a customer project, especially in the generation of texts, ideas, or visual content. We ensure that AI-generated content is non-discriminatory, in-clusive, and respectful. Potential biases are regularly reviewed.

4. Training and competence building
Our employees have in-depth expertise in the field of AI and are committed to ongoing training in order to be able to competently assess new developments, opportunities, and risks. Particular attention is paid to the responsible and reflective use of generative AI in a creative and strategic context.

5. Freedom of choice for clients (opt-out)
Upon request, we will refrain from using AI-supported work steps either completely or in defined areas. This will be documented transparently on a project-by-project basis and adhered to.

6. Risk awareness and further development
We recognize that the use of AI, especially generative AI, can involve risks. Therefore, we regularly evaluate our internal processes and adapt our AI policy to new technological or regulatory developments as necessary.
