The essentials about the Academy
Leaders, innovation leads, strategy teams, and anyone who wants to bring new ways of thinking into their organization. Prior knowledge of innovation or transformation is helpful, but not required.
Masterclasses are intensive two-day workshops with small groups and hands-on application. Focus Labs are more compact half-day formats for practice-relevant impulses. Both can be booked as open or in-house formats.
