Grow novelty strategically with leap™ Innovation Technology
Our strategic innovation process empowers organizations to learn from the future and to systematically generate radical innovation.
What is leap?
leap™ is a proven, strategic innovation process that empowers organizations to “learn from the future” and, in doing so, generate radical innovation systematically. To achieve this, we guide and train a carefully selected innovation team over a period of 3–6 months, through a series of workshops and one-on-one innovation coaching.
Participants are also enabled to apply this innovation approach autonomously within the organization. Innovations range from new products and services to business models and organizational change.
Why leap?
Radical innovation does not emerge from routine processes. It requires space for strategic time-outs — moments in which new perspectives open up and big ideas can take shape. Leaders around the globe are recognizing that conventional approaches like linear strategy development are reaching their limits.
With leap, radical innovation is no longer a matter of luck. leap is a strategic tool that complements your existing business processes rather than replacing them. We recommend running the leap process every 3–5 years.
