About us · Who we are
We develop living and future-ready organizations
As knowledge and innovation architects, our focus is on the aliveness of organizations and of the people who work within them.
What drives us
For us as human beings, and equally for organizations, being alive means standing “authentically in the midst of life” and acting meaningfully within our environment. In a world shaped by VUCA, orientation, the creation of new meaning, and purpose are of central importance.
At theLivingCore, we follow the principle of living systems. Living systems meet these challenges by finding a healthy balance between stability and renewal. In this way, we turn the challenges of a VUCA world and of digitalization into something positive.
Our approach of “learning from the future” allows us to accompany and transform organizations from their living core into their future. We create environments that dramatically increase the likelihood that something new can emerge.
What we do
We accompany organizations across four interlocking areas: Innovation with the leap™ innovation technology, Transformation with Future Identity, leadership development for future-oriented leaders, and the design of workplace and innovation spaces. Every collaboration begins with unreserved openness toward the reality of an organization. We look at the situation without preconception, and from there we develop effective strategies.
